Healing Shame

Jan recorded this to assist those who are or have been severely restricted in life by what is often referred to as debilitating shame, not ordinary benign shame, but that type of shame that keeps us from being who we fully are, that type of shame that convinces us we are defective. This is truly an empowering experience, one that, when practiced frequently, allows us to be effective in the moment rather than paralyzed from action for hours, days, or weeks at a time.
