How does Guided Imagery empower you?

Welcome to the site that assists in our important journey to empowerment. Why is empowerment important and why is it a journey? Empowerment is that part of ourselves which allows us to venture forth, to tackle the things in life which are daunting, challenging and sometimes frightening; such as stress, illness, an upcoming surgery, or overall well being and healing.

The ability to be empowered is the part of ourselves that permits us to grasp a difficult situation and move forward. We all have it - we just don't know we have it ... or we see it work for others but don't believe it will help us.

We are here to be of service to you in this journey. We have gained experience in assisting others to access this most important part of them. We are utilizing our experience of many years to aid you in your journey, whether that journey is illness, stress, or other types of daily challenges.

Imagery utilizes all five senses by way of imagination to achieve a goal. Guided imagery is simply someone else guiding you on this journey, rather than you having to come up with some imaginative thing and then trying it out on yourself. There are many types of guided imagery. Ours is one type. We believe that we are spiritual beings inhabiting a human body and, as spiritual beings, we have a purpose and a journey. If we believe that everything has a purpose and is a part of the journey, then we approach the journey differently. Our guided imagery is based on this premise. It is not religious, but it does incorporate the spiritual. We invite you to try out our sample imagery, available with each item.
