A friend gave me a copy of the CD Surgical Preparation and Healing for Women before I had a partial hysterectomy. I experienced very little pain and was champing at the bit to get back to work after just 10 days. After just two weeks, I was released back to work and didn't even feel like I had undergone surgery at all. I have used the "Four Stones" many times in my classes for spirituality and for personal use. I find Jan's soothing voice very pleasing as is the background music.
